The Chateau Apartments

The Chateau Apartments is located near LSU campus and downtown in a gated community. It consists of 1 bedroom/1 bath and 2 bedroom/1 bath apartments, all of which are pet friendly! All of our residents are given an online portal for ease of use when paying rent and requesting maintenance. Our rental requirements are that residents make 3x the monthly rent in income, no violent criminal background, and no previous evictions within the last two years.
